Vacation and Holidays
Holidays and vacation periods, both paid and unpaid, are determined as a result of negotiations between the district and the employees’ exclusive bargaining representatives.
The district reserves the right to employ district personnel in a variety of capacities during such non- contract time as may be appropriate. Such employment will be by mutual consent.
Upon termination from the district, employees eligible to accrue vacation will be compensated for unused accrued vacation up to ten (10) days.
