Parent Notification and Participation**
The Amity School District shall inform parents of the identification of their child as talented and gifted. The district shall further inform parents of program or service options available and provide them an opportunity to participate in selecting those programs or options most appropriate for their child.
The Board directs the superintendent to develop written procedures for parent notification and participation.
