The district may conduct annual public meetings regarding HIV, AIDS and HBV1.
The local health department and other health service providers shall be asked to participate.
These meetings shall outline the infections, infection control, rumor control, curriculum, staff/student accommodations, the legal implications and press releases/conferences.
